Què és una Façana Ventilada?

La façana ventilada és un sistema constructiu que permet la fixació d’un revestiment (no estanco) independent a la fulla de tancament.

La separació del revestiment respecte al tancament permet allotjar una capa aïllant i admet la lliure circulació d’aire per la seva cambra, amb els avantatges que això suposa en termes d’estalvi energètic.

Les plaques de revestiment es col·loquen amb una junta perimetral (en funció del material), que evita qualsevol tipus de patologia derivada de la pròpia dilatació del material, garantint que el material preservi el seu bon aspecte (sense aparició d’esquerdes o fissures per tensions restringides).

D’altra banda el revestiment ofereix una protecció enfront de la incidència directa del sol sobre la resta de capes (aïllament i tancament) esmorteint els canvis bruscos de temperatura, i prolongant d’aquesta manera la seva vida útil.

És un sistema constructiu que admet la col·locació de diversos materials de revestiment, com ara la pedra natural, porcellànics, laminats d’alta pressió, fusta, tallin, etc.
