El Sistema Smart Homes

Les Smart-Homes són habitatges moderns, confortables, càlides, de ràpida execució, amb garantia de màxima qualitat en materials, acabats, en aïllament tèrmic i acústic i amb un import d’obra tancat abans de començar.

Les Smart Homes compleixen:
• El Codi Tècnic de l’Edificació.
• El Decret d’Habitabilitat de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
• El Decret de Ecoeficienecia dels edificis.

Disposem de 4 models predissenyats d’una i de dues plantes amb la finalitat de reduir els costos del projecte d’arquitectura.

Els criteris més valorats en la fase de disseny han estat obtenir unes molt bones condicions d’habitabilitat, l’ús de materials amb poc o nul manteniment, l’eficiència energètica, el confort acústic i un cost ajustat de l’habitatge.
