Can I personalize my Smart Home?

We have designed several Smart Homes, with the aim of offering a product the most affordable possible. Nevertheless, our Smart Homes can be modified and adapted to the customer’s needs, prior study.
What is the maximum built area my Smart Home can have?

Smart Homes are built from modules. We can design using these units and extend your housing until we achieve your desired area and layout. All the modifications must be studied and valued.
Can I choose the finishing details?

Of course you can choose from a range. For example, the colour of the façade, of the aluminium frames, of the interior flooring or the kitchen furniture. Our company will propose high quality options to choose, but if you decide any other special or personalized finishing detail we will value them.
Can I ask for a mortgage?

Smart Homes are normal housing, what differences us is our construction system. For this reason you can mortgage your home the same way you would with any other house.
